THE CHAIN
From approved idea to production email. Governed the whole way.
Brief, market fan-out, generation, evaluation, editing and delivery — one inspectable chain from an approved campaign idea to the email each market receives.
01SHAPE
Sharpen the campaign before the builder
Caliber’s creative lead helps a lifecycle marketer challenge the angle, uncover the proof and make a decision. It is there to shape the campaign, not bury production inputs in a long chat transcript.
Once the idea is approved, the decisions move into the typed brief that drives every market variant and every downstream check.
02COMPILE
A brief is a type, not a paragraph
Every brief is 120 words or fewer, in fixed fields the downstream builder actually consumes — parsed once, validated, versioned. Nothing downstream ever guesses at prose.
A conversational creative lead can help sharpen the idea, but the output is always an inspectable artefact: objective, audience, markets, message, proof, CTA and constraints.
03GENERATE
One approved brief, one native variant per market
The approved brief fans out through the brand rules and each market contract. The structure stays shared where it should; copy, facts, links, legal language, currency and calls to action become native where they must.
Generation is grounded in approved source material. Personalization syntax and protected content stay intact, and a team can rework one section without blindly regenerating the whole campaign.
04EVALUATE
The output has to prove it fits
Every variant is evaluated against the same BrandDNA that guided generation. The result shows performance by voice dimension, cites the evidence behind its judgment and separates nuanced voice notes from hard policy failures.
A score is not an oracle. Low confidence, disagreement or a broken guardrail routes the variant to a human. Accepted edits become calibration evidence for the next campaign in that market.
05EDIT + EXPORT
Governed editing, portable output
Approved modules, design permissions and protected content define the editing space. Teams can change what is meant to change without rebuilding the design system inside every email.
Before export, Caliber checks responsive structure, links, alt text, tracking, required content and protected personalization syntax. The result is production HTML built to move into the ESP you already use.
06DELIVER
Export anywhere. Push to Braze.
Download or copy approved HTML into any ESP. If your workspace is connected to Braze, Caliber can push the approved draft directly through the API while preserving Liquid and market-specific links.
A shared review link keeps every market, decision and version together. Caliber stops at the production handoff: audiences, journeys, final activation and sending remain in your ESP.
UNDERNEATH THE WHOLE LOOP
A brand system that learns without drifting
Global BrandDNA holds the durable identity. Market voice contracts hold native expression and operational rules. The scoring rubric makes evaluation inspectable, while accepted human edits build a calibrated history. Everything is versioned, so rules have provenance and change can be reviewed instead of silently entering the prompt.
